Custom On Demand
Need a course created just for your school with one of our credentialed teachers to support? Look no further than UC Scout’s Custom On Demand plan.
With our Custom On Demand plan we create a custom section of any of our courses by school request. We require that there are a minimum of 10 students per custom section requested. This model provides an online class cohort on your academic semester schedule (within our term dates), and our credentialed teachers facilitate the course by providing office hours, supporting students, and grading all submitted assignments and exams.
If you wish to enroll 1 to 9 students in a course (or courses) you can do so through our regular On Demand plan.
With the Observer feature, an administrator or teacher at your school–or a student’s parent or guardian–can join the virtual classroom environment to monitor progress and provide support in the course. This feature is available in both Custom On Demand and regular On Demand courses.
Custom On Demand costs $399 per course semester per student enrolled.
To pay for a Custom On Demand section, most schools pay by check through a Purchase Order (PO). To begin the process of requesting student enrollments in a Custom On Demand section of a course, send us an email with the PO to ucscout@ucsc.edu and our team will be happy to assist you with next steps.
We can also accept credit card payments.
